We want you to be happy with SDPal. This policy outlines when and how refunds are handled for activation code purchases.
1. Digital Product
SDPal activation codes are digital products that provide immediate access to premium features upon redemption. Because the service is delivered instantly, all sales are generally considered final.
2. When We Issue Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
Unredeemed codes: If you purchased an activation code but have not yet redeemed it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Service outage: If SDPal experiences a prolonged outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your active subscription period, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the downtime.
Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Technical inability: If SDPal is fundamentally incompatible with your setup and we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund within 7 days of purchase.
3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds
After an activation code has been redeemed (subscription period started).
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
If you simply changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service after redemption.
For partial unused time on an active subscription (e.g., you used 10 days of a 30-day plan).
For issues caused by your browser, device, internet connection, or school network restrictions.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
